Ed  Hannigan

Ed Hannigan (born August 6, 1951 in Newport, RI) is an American comic book artist, writer, and editor for both Marvel Comics and DC Comics. He is most known for his work on Batman, Defenders, Green Arrow, and Peter Parker the Spectacular Spider-Man along with cover designs and finished covers for many other Marvel and DC titles. At DC Comics, Hannigan redesigned Superman villain, Braniac, into a chromed, terrifying, more robotic form. And as artist on the Spectacular Spider-Man, along with writer Bill Mantlo, he co-created the characters Cloak and Dagger (who now appear on their own live-action TV series on Freeform).
