Title: Marvel Team-Up #70 pg 1 Splash (Marvel, 1978)
Media Type: Pencil and Ink
Art Type: Splash Page
Artists: John  Byrne (penciller)
Tony Dezuniga (inker)

The Living Monolith wreaks terror and destruction onto the streets of New York whilst tightening his grip on our Friendly Neighborhood Wall-Crawler on this memorably vintage opening splash page!!! John Byrne, in his heyday, drawing a Neal Adams X-Men villain that couldn't be contained in his stint on Uncanny (this issue of Team-Up came out the same month as X-Men #111 with Clairmont's writing making this 2-part story feel even more mutant-like)! Rendered in ink over graphite on standard size Bristol board, signed by Byrne.
